Welcome to Lucid Dreams Oasis. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Lucid Dreams Oasis (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Publisher”) governing your access to and use of luciddreamsoasis.com and any subdomains (including author hubs such as tjfynch.luciddreamsoasis.com), our online store, digital products, courses, downloads, and related services (collectively, the “Site” or “Services”). By visiting or using the Site, purchasing or downloading Products, or otherwise accessing our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
About the Publisher
Lucid Dreams Oasis is an independent imprint and creative studio publishing books, courses, digital tools, and other creative materials under various author names and pen names. Use of the Site and Eligibility

For digital purchases, delivery is typically by instant download link or by access provision to a member area or third‑party platform as noted at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, when you purchase a digital Product we grant you a non‑exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Product for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, remove or alter copyright or other proprietary notices, or use Products to create competing products. If a Product is sold with different licensing (for example a commercial or multi‑user license), those terms will be provided at purchase and control.
Refunds and Satisfaction Guarantee
Digital products are generally non‑returnable due to their nature. If we offer a satisfaction guarantee or refund window for a specific Product, that will be clearly stated on the product page and at purchase. To request a refund under a stated guarantee or for technical delivery failures, contact info@luciddreamsoasis.com with your order details. Refunds are granted at our discretion in accordance with the published policy for each Product. For purchases made through third‑party platforms, refunds may be subject to the platform’s policies.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, course materials, prompts, templates, designs, and code, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and is owned by Lucid Dreams Oasis or used under license. Authors and Pen Names
Lucid Dreams Oasis publishes works under pen names and author imprints. Use of pen names is a standard publishing practice and does not affect the Publisher’s contractual rights or obligations. Business, billing, and legal correspondence will be handled under the Publisher’s registered business identity; personal legal names of creators may be kept private where appropriate and lawful.
User Content and Communications
If you submit reviews, comments, or other content to the Site, you grant Lucid Dreams Oasis a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty‑free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in connection with the Site and our business. You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights in and to your submissions and that their use by Lucid Dreams Oasis will not violate these Terms or any applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove or refuse any user content at our discretion.
Prohibited Conduct
You must not use the Site to post unlawful, infringing, defamatory, abusive, or otherwise objectionable material.
